Douglas knows the market like back of his hand, but more importantly, he is a genuine person who you can freely chat with. He's not itching to get out the door while in the middle of a conversation with you, he let's the conversation naturally end, as you would with a friend. There are times during your campaign where you really start feeling the stress, and you will voice this to him. He does not let this affect his professionalism and in a level-headed fashion, continues to steer the ship providing realistic confidence. I have met many agents, but none like Douglas. Highly recommend.
