Great Communicator and even more helpful


 

My wife and I had grown to a point where we didn't think we would be able to buy a place in the area or even find a property that was workable. We went to many auctions where agents just were not transparent with us on price or undersold the property from us without letting us know they where taking offers prior etc. Meeting doug was a breath of fresh air we felt we could be straight with him on our budget and what we wanted and he went above and beyond to help us find it and secure it. What made him really shine was after signing the contract how he worked with us still and gave up a lot if his time (I would say at least 10 times) to let us come in and measure up and work out things prior to settlement. The whole time was just super easy to talk to and deal with, yoiu didn't feel like you had to read into everything he said with a fine tooth comb. Great agent to work with. Thanks doug
