I was delighted when Douglas Macarthur Property Consultants agreed to partner Stone Real Estate, Beecroft in the recent sale of my property at 10  Lancaster Ave., Beecroft. Through previous experience I knew Douglas himself to be most courteous, welcoming and considerate towards prospective buyers and this proved to be the case again throughout the whole viewing and auction process.

Douglas was most obliging towards those viewing the property, even making himself available to organise additional viewings for prospective buyers who were unable to attend any of the advertised “Open House” sessions.

 Literally scores of viewers came to view the property. My family members were greatly impressed by the way Douglas followed-up each one in order to ensure as many bidders as possible attended the auction. As a result a very pleasing price was achieved.
